How do I exercise my right to the PayPal Buyer Protection?
If you don't receive your order or one of the products is significantly different from the description, you are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, which includes the price of the item plus shipping costs. Please contact our customer service as soon as you realize that there may be something wrong with your order.
You are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection if your case meets the following criteria:
●The item was purchased from Bugucat;
●You paid with PayPal.
●You have only submitted one claim per PayPal payment.
●You have opened the case no later than 45 calendar days from the date of your PayPal payment and - if required - escalated to a claim no later than 20 calendar days after opening your case.
●You comply with the PayPal Buyer Protection requirements set out in Section 13 of the PayPal User Agreement.
